Larsons' Last Load Challenge Campaign was a wonderful success. The debt has been retired! We are now debt free and concentrate our efforts on taking care of the rest of the rehabilitation projects. We need to do some tuckpointing on the front of the building. There is some maintenance work to be done on the front façade. The Board has decided to put away the loan payment for one year before diving into any big projects to have a bit of a cushion before starting our next project.
